With photography starting from £150, it is a tiny investment for something that has been proven to be highly useful.

* Drones are sometimes limited to where they can fly. Areas where flight is not allowed will be areas close to airports, prisons, public stadiums, police stations etc. Drones also cannot be flown in adverse weather conditions, including rain and wind speeds exceeding 25mph.

Elevated - £150
Up to 30 internal photographs, plus some additional lifestyles thrown in for good measure, with externals + drone front and aerial plot shot
The works - £199
Up to 40 internal photographs, unlimited lifestyles, unlimited externals + multiple drone shots, aerial shots and a walkthrough sped up reel to boost your properties presence on social media.
Our process

We endeavour to book your visit in a time that is convenient for you. We typically try to keep to geographical areas on certain days, so we will notify you of a likely slot that can be accommodated.

Appointments are very efficient, typically lasting no longer than 30 minutes. Therefore, it is absolutely essential that your home is prepared and ready to be photographed. If you are unsure on how to prepare, there are some useful guides on the internet by searching "preparing my home for a photography shoot". We always say... "if in doubt, have it out".

We will endeavour to return your photos within 24 hours of the visit. Sometimes the return may be slightly slower, but we will always contact you beforehand if this is the case.
Important information:
We like to keep our terms simple. Please take a read of the following terms and conditions.
Photographs remain the property of James Payton. A one time use licence is present with each visit, that entitles you to use the photography for the agent you are listing with. Photographs are not to be used by any other agent, other than the nominated company at the time of the order, and are not to be sold on or edited in any way.
Airbrushing - It is important to ensure that your property is ready to be marketed. Any airbrushing required will incur an hourly charge of £50 per hour.
Payment will be required on the day of the visit, unless agreed beforehand. Any photographs will not be sent over until payment has been cleared.
Weather conditions. Although every effort will be made to fly drones where appropriate, it is not possible for us to fly UAV’s in conditions deemed inappropriate for flight. This includes, but not limited to poor weather, areas with restrictions or in instances where a pilot deems flight unsafe.
Cancellation. If more than 72 hours written notice is provided, no fee will be payable. Cancellations that occur within 72 hours before the scheduled booking, a cancellation fee of £80 will be payable.
